I had a great experience today! The receptionist took her time helping me pick out frames and the doctor was super informative, polite and professional. I had been there once before and very pleased with my second visit. I wove taking my husband and son in two weeks :)

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic yesterday with my two children. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and incredibly organized. Dr. Hines took the time to explain everything clearly and made both my kids feel completely comfortable during their exams. I really appreciated how thorough and gentle the team was, and how smoothly the whole visit went. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in providing high-quality care. Highly recommend this clinic to any families looking for kind, professional, and knowledgeable eye care. We’ll definitely be returning!

Dr Hines is amazing. She's calm, warm, and exudes confident professionalism. Testing is efficient and she takes the time not only to explain, but to show the differences, and is happy to answer any questions one might have. She has the latest tech in her clinic and the staff are fantastic as well. Extremely patient and helpful. 10/10 experience, every single time.
