I don't understand how the clinic can offer appointments at 7:30 a.m. when no employees are ready to work at that hour, except for the reception staff. It seems to me that this delay accumulates throughout the day. We observed the employees arriving at work and getting ready at their leisure, chatting about their weekends, as if we were there ourselves. Clients are expected to respect their appointment time and arrive early to be ready on time. If there's a delay or an unforeseen event, a fee is charged (according to other reviews below). In return, we aren't afforded the same respect. We were finally seen 15 minutes late, even though we were the first appointment of the day. The staff is courteous and cheerful, but respect goes both ways, including being ready to work on time! ☺️
