The guy I spoke to, explaining that I had a three-month-old baby in the car and that I was supposed to have my appointment at 11:00 so my partner would finish at 10:00, but when they delayed her appointment to 11:30 and told me I had to be there 15 minutes early, plus due to tests, I said, well, that's not possible because the mistake isn't mine, it's theirs. I've already cancelled my appointment at the press, lost a day of work, seriously, you are very, very disorganized and it shouldn't be the customer who pays for this. My wife came for her appointment, you lost two customers for the price of one. Luckily she only had one appointment because I would have come on time as agreed since I was in the parking lot with the baby and I would have cancelled at the time of the appointment because of the lack of professionalism. And this time it was a boy I was talking to and for real I read the other comments, and it is true that you are slightly arrogant.
