Everyone was super helpful. From the Dr's to staff helping me pick the best frames for me. They also helped me get a new set of prescription sunglasses that fit my frames properly where another store hadn't fit them correctly. They had to customize the shape to fit the properly due to the frames getting slightly out of shape from the old lenses. The team here is fantastic!

My first visit was great. Dr. Sidhu was very patient and provided me with a very accurate prescription. Renu, Pat, and Stephany were all super helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and they got a regular:)

I had a wonderful experience at West Coast Optical. The optometrist was very kind, knowledgeable, and considerate of my concerns. He provided me with many helpful suggestions in regards to lens coatings as I wear glasses daily for work and leisure. They have a great selection of eyeglasses to choose from and the optician took time to help me find my perfect pair. The environment is very warm and welcoming and that's what every clinic should strive for. A highly skilled team of eye care professionals that take your health seriously. The staff at West Coast Optical provide exceptional customer service and I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment! 10/10.
