I had a really great experience at this eyewear store. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The eye exam and service were professional and efficient, and the quality of the glasses is excellent. Everything feels comfortable and looks great. We’re new to London and were very impressed with the service at West Sight Optical. When my husband’s glasses broke, the owner quickly helped us find a replacement frame, which we really appreciated. My husband and I also ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service—it’s so nice to see and very much appreciated. We highly recommend this business.

Recently discovered this optical and I can not say enough kind things. Jamal was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of Genevieve Paris glasses and I have gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend!
