Showed up for a 9:30 appointment to a locked door and a phone off the hook. Phone is now ringing but no answer, and the door is still locked.

Carolyn, Nicole and Leah are friendly and understanding about all matters of hearing and hearing aids technology. Last minute appointments never seem to be a problem, and service is always quick and accommodating.
