My Mother-in-law lives in a Seniors' Residence in London, 7 hours away from us. She had been having a great deal of trouble hearing and the Residence told us that Jeff, from 'In Home Hearing' would be making a scheduled visit in a couple of days and gave us Jeff's number to call to arrange to have her seen. Jeff checked and cleaned Mom's hearing aids and then gave us a follow-up call. He was professional, courteous, and caring. A great service and a superb representative. Thank you!
