Albert was here for two days removing the old tub and surround then installing our new walk in shower. We couldn’t be happier. Albert & Mandy were great to work with. Albert walked us through all steps and kept us informed of things throughout. Always had a smile on his face and he left the bathroom in pristine condition. Also Heather in reception always so pleasant and helpful answering any questions.

Just had a tub and surrounds installed by Albert! He was so efficient and professional! Got here earlier than I had expected. Worked straight through and our tub is phenomenal! Glen was also very professional and made quick wotk of the measurement process! Heather who works in the office was also very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I definitely recommend Bathfitter! The difference is night and day!

My overall experience with Bathroom Fitter employs is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I interacted with Mandy initially. She explained what Bathroom Fitter process & products. Second was Heather who answered my questions on the phone. Lastly was Terry who installed my new amazing bath tub and shower. All were friendly, personable and knowledgable. Terry showed up on time. He started working right away by explaining what he was going to do and affirming with me that is what I desired. Then he got to work effient, quite, smiling, available to answer questioning, protected my existing bathroom furniture and flooring in my home, removed all garabage from job and vacuumed bathroom after job was complete. Also explained cleaning products used as well as let me know to call if any problems arose. Photographed and video throughout job for Bathroom Fitter process credibility. I love the finished product! My husband and I renoed our bathroom 17 years ago. Terry informed me I wounldn’t need to renivate again. Super happy with my new bathtub and shower! Can’t wait to use it! Would definitely recommend and use again for upstairs bathroom.
