We recently completed a full bathroom renovation with Bravo Builders and had a great experience working with Eugene, Illya, and their crew from start to finish. I’ve included before and after photos because the transformation honestly speaks for itself. Eugene was professional from the very beginning and provided us with a very competitive quote. He was patient while we took our time deciding whether to move forward with the project, and once we were ready, things moved along quickly and efficiently. The renovation was completed within the expected two-week timeline, and the crew was consistently respectful of our home and space. They protected our flooring, cleaned up garbage promptly, and communicated well throughout the process. This was especially important to us because we had to move out during the renovation, so being able to trust them in our home gave us a lot of peace of mind. We were able to choose tiles from their selection and they handled the rest, while still checking in with us on the important details. We’re really glad we trusted their expertise because they suggested a few things we hadn’t considered that ended up being some of our favourite parts of the bathroom. As with any renovation, a few small things came up along the way, but anytime I brought something to Eugene’s attention, he addressed it immediately and without hesitation. Even after the project was completed and paid for, Eugene remained responsive and happy to answer questions.
