Visited Bath Depot London recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Humaid was especially helpful, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured. I ended up purchasing a wall vanity and was happy with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend checking them out for quality products and great customer service.

We recently purchased a number of washroom/kitchen accessories for our custom-basement project and truly had a wonderful experience at this location. Brother Tanveer and the entire team were incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Their communication and customer service skills are exceptional, and what stood out most was how respectful, attentive, and sincere they are with every client. You can genuinely feel their passion for their work and their desire to assist clients visiting their showroom! The products are absolutely gorgeous as well. As an Interior Designer, who is very particular about quality and aesthetics, I can confidently say their selection meets a high standard. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality pieces to shop here.
