I recently purchased 2 of the easyfold scooters one only has a speed os 4 km. I brought this issue up but nothing was suggested I talked to the service department no help I called about other issues no results (1) my wife nearly went backwards and lost control on a very slight incline. ( I Would NOT Recommend This Company ) (2) Very poor turning radius (3) Very heavy my wife can not lift the scooter I have a job lifting it myself (4) Very awkward when folded to transport (5) The rubber protection the front barring broke off very easily just rubbing on the kitchen floor As Shown In The Photos. Below (6) speed on one of the scooters only goes 4k. overall very flimsy made and way over priced I give these scooters 3*s only because they fold I spoke to the sales manager a couple weeks ago and suggested. They give me the New models as replacements . I was told that they were more then 30 days old (3 months only used once ). That is when I found all the defects they told me the new models were not as good as the old models Something not right about their advertising information I definitely would not recommend them for sure. Haven’t Herd A word Back As Of Yet Not Happy. 😟

My husband has mobility issues when it comes to long distance walking. We purchased easy fold mobility scooter it has been a game changer. We just got back from a destination wedding in Jamaica and the resort was huge. Without this scooter he would be confined to areas close to the room which was near nothing I must say . He was able to participate in everything. I also want to say their service was beyond amazing. We had a battery issue and it was resolved within 3 days and called with updates. Thank you so much Rebekka and Richard for all your help. I would highly recommend this company and their service.

My wife and I purchased the Easy Fold 2.0 in October of 23. we brought it to Mexico and used it multiple times and it's performance has been outstanding. We continually get asked about it. If you could put a QR code sticker on your chairs people could scan it and go right to your website. Thanks for delivering a great product.
