The service dept is horrible. They service if you live in London or nearby but other than that is horrendous and clearly not knowledgeable. I first contacted them in May 2024 and purchased the folding mobility scooter. Arrived no issue. The issue I have is the service center to get replacement replacement battery. First called and was told to send photo of the pin for the charger as could be 4 or 3 pin. I emailed three times with no response. Waited a day and decided to call. Transferred to service dept. Told them I need a 4 pin charger for folding mobility scooter. Told me a 3 pin would work and that 3rd pin not need as just for programming. Was shipped a week ago after Easter charging me $20.00 to ship. Received a couple days later on Wednesday. Noticed the 3 pin sent pins are too thick and would not fit scooter. Maybe they should have read the emails they would have known pin number and size. Last Thursday called service dept and informed them sent wrong charger. Was told well it fits the scooter in showroom and was told will have to fet back to you. Here it is Monday with no return. I basically have a useless scooter. I have stage 4 osteoarthritis both knees with one operated last summer with nerve issues. So know house bound. Worse after service and will be contacting visa to reverse the charges. Invoice clearly states charger part is for folding wheelchair and 25% restocking fee which will not be paying considering the horrible service I was given. I see all these good reviews but service outside London is terrible and charged delivery. I will not be purchasing from your company ever again. Beware of this company.
