I do not know if they are good technicians, but they are so lazy. The technicians are often park their vehicles at the rear of nearby building on Jasper avenue and just sit there for a very long time playing with their phones. They are different guys with different vehicles. Sometimes it is a white Ford Transit van. Today, for example, it was a white pickup truck.

Wow. These guys are brutal at their job. Incredibly poor service and if you don’t follow up 100s of times, they will ignore you. It’s a joke really. It’s a constant struggle dealing with this company and the fact they are unaware of their products and how to improve the issues, makes them absolutely useless. I would never use Otis for anything if I had a choice. Hard pass
