I am very happy with the service from Borealis Elevator. Olivier came out to look at my parents’ elevator, showed up on time, figured out the issue pretty quickly, and got everything working properly again. He was very knowledgeable, especially considering it’s a very old elevator, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He tested it a few times before leaving to make sure there were no issues, which I really appreciated. Super nice guy, professional, and easy to deal with. Overall, very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.
