We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Pace Elevator. We paid a deposit of closer to $100,000 more than 15 months ago, and the elevator still has not been delivered. Throughout this process, communication has been very poor. Our emails are often not answered, and when we do receive a response, the explanation is usually that the manufacturer is delayed and that they are still waiting for clearer information. The last email we received from them was about four months ago. In that message, they apologized for the late response, mentioned they were still catching up from the holiday season, and said the manufacturer was delayed. They also stated that they were trying to get firm answers and would follow up with updates. Since then, we have not received any meaningful update or response till the beginning of May, 2026. It is now mid-May 2026. After waiting more than a year and a half, we still do not have the elevator, a confirmed delivery date, or proper communication from the company. Pace Elevator is not building a rocket. It is unacceptable that a project of this size, with such a large deposit already paid, has been handled with this level of delay and lack of accountability. At this point, we are preparing to send a lawyer’s letter requesting the return of our deposit. We also intend to share our experience through appropriate consumer review platforms, including Google Reviews and the Better Business Bureau, so other customers are aware of our experience before making a decision. Based on our experience, the service, communication, and follow-through from Pace Elevator have been extremely disappointing. New Update since Mid May, 2026: Last month, we issued a lawyer's letter, and we finally heard back from the company. The answer? The elevator factory hasn't even started the construction on our elevator yet!!! There was some lost communication between their company and the factory. Seriously? So, all the last few communications between them were a lie?

Avoid Pace elevator at all costs! I am a general contractor who is attempting to use Pace without success. They will lie to you about schedule, are unresponsive, and are horrible communicators. These people are under contract since early 2025 to install several residential elevators for us, should have been complete no later than the end of 2025, we still do not have a complete install. We tried all available tactics to get this work done, the only avenue left is litigation. Please read this as fair warning...
