Warren Davies is amazing. There is no one better, he’s brilliant. You can tell just by meeting him that he loves what he does. That’s rare. Along with being knowledgeable, Warren is honest, intelligent, personable, and always on time. Warren goes further than just fixing your elevator, he makes sure that when he sees a poor install by residential - *non regulated* - companies who cut corners and ignore safety features, he goes above and beyond to ensure that an elevator that is unsafe is explained to the homeowner and and that it is fixed. He cares.

We had a wild 48 hours! Sprinkler system malfunctioned in our building and during the evacuation/re-entering of the condo we accidentally dropped our keys down the elevator chute. We frantically looked for assistance the following day and connected with Julie! Come Monday morning we had our keys and sanity back! Friendly team, reliable and excellent service!
