Jacob M was great! He arrived on time to replace my water heater and was very pleasant, personable, and professional. The removal and install was done quickly and efficiently and he took the time to go over the care and maintenance of the new tank. I also really appreciated that everything was done and left clean. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job! This I why I keep coming back to Pete the Plumber; they are great at what they do!

Jacob was delayed but I was informed that was the case - appreciated. When he arrived to replace my hot water tank, he immediately gave me some instructions to turn off the well pump and started the procedure. While the water pressure was being reduced, he spread drop sheets, brought in the new tank and used the time to prep for the exchange (good time management). In approximately 1hr the whole system was installed, the well pump reactivated, I was given operational instructions, the pressure tank filled and the water flow restarted. Jason was efficient, even shared some of his own background, left the worksite as he found it. When I quizzed him on the recycling process, he indicated that the funds generated by recycling were used by Pete The Plumber to reward his employees with Flames tickets etc. That is a win/win policy that impressed me. From this experience I would recommend Pete The Plumber for fair pricing, good service, quality of work & product, to be determined in the next 10-15 years. :-)

5/5 stars for Pete the Plumber! Jerry Atkinson was incredibly punctual, arriving right on schedule, and he clearly has a ton of expertise. He got straight to work and resolved the issue efficiently. I decided to go with the combo deal to clear the sewage and do a camera inspection, and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this deal to anyone—you save nearly $200 upfront, and they even give you a copy of the recording to keep! Having that footage means you know exactly what's going on down there for the future. Excellent service!
