We are so grateful to Pat and the team at Pro Accessibility. At a time when our father was unexpectedly in the hospital and we needed help quickly, Pat made time for us right away and guided us through everything that needed to be done. The work was completed impressively fast without ever compromising quality. His team transformed our laundry room closet into a fully accessible main-floor shower, and in the meantime he even arranged a temporary shower so our dad’s routine wouldn’t be disrupted. Pat was professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with genuine care. He also offered thoughtful suggestions to make the bathroom, as well as other areas on the main floor and outside, safer and more accessible for our father. We truly appreciate the compassion, efficiency, and expertise that Pro Accessibility brought to this project. We would not hesitate to recommend them. -The Girimonte family

I recently installed an elevator into my home to accommodate my elderly mother who came to live with us. There are a number of parties involved with such a project: The elevator purchase, the construction related to it, and the engineering drawings. All of these parties are distinct businesses and have to work together to ensure the end result is safe and effective. I chose Pro Accessibility Ltd. for the construction. Pat was my main contact and project lead and Chris performed the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pro Accessibility. They were great. Throughout the entire process I felt in good hands. Pat was highly responsive and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Chris was highly diligent and skilled. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and resulted in me feeling very comfortable and confident in the construction work. They also coordinated with the engineer, the city and with Cambridge Elevating the supplier of the elevator. In summary, Pro Accessibility delivered high quality construction and project management services. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process thanks to Pat and Chris. The elevator is working out very well and I am a highly satisfied customer.

Absolutely amazing experience with Pro Accessibility! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and truly cared about making sure everything was done perfectly. The workers were awesome — respectful, skilled, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, accessible, and exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch quality with genuine kindness, but Pro Accessibility really does. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! We are so happy with our HomeLift and so grateful that we can safely bring our son up and down between the floors. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
