Before you tour, apply, or sign anything, confirm the current details directly with the community or agency, especially anything tied to cost, care levels, and contract terms. Treat the figures on our pages as a starting point for your own questions, not a final quote.
Where our information comes from
Listing details come from a mix of sources: public data (including Google), information the operator provides when they claim or update their listing, and our own editorial research. Reviews and star ratings are written by third parties, not by us, and we show them as they are.
We label operator-provided details on the listing and add a “last reviewed” date where we can, so you can see how current a page is.
What the Confidence Score means
Our SCP Confidence Score is our own 100-point editorial rating, built to help you compare providers on the signals families tell us matter. It is a research tool, not a guarantee of quality, safety, or outcomes, and it does not replace your own visit and due diligence.
Listings are not endorsements
Including a provider in our directory is not a recommendation or an endorsement of that provider, and it does not mean we have inspected them. Choosing a provider is your decision, and we are not liable for the care, services, or conduct of any provider you find through us.
