Adrian and Sam and their crew took our tired and dated main and ensuite bathrooms and updated them to our design. We had some tricky custom work with the two antique pieces of furniture that we wanted to turn into vanities. They were able to fit them around the existing plumbing and seamlessly altered them to retain functional drawers. Their craftmanship in the work and attention to detail were exceptional. In both bathrooms they replaced the tile, installed the vanities/sinks/mirrors, installed wainscotting on the walls, installed new sconces and fans, and painted everything. We turned the main bath into a standup shower and the whole thing came out perfectly. Both Adrian and Sam are a pleasure to work with - we recommend them highly! They're a fun and friendly team who deliver a top quality result in a fair budget.

Updated April 2026: I recently hired Adrian and his team again for some maintenance work on one of our bathrooms. Adrian responded quickly to my request, came by promptly, and completed the work efficiently and within the original budget he proposed. Once again, it was a great pleasure working with Adrian and his team. Original (Oct 2021): I hired Adrian & his team for a full home renovation project, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome! The work included full renovations for 2.5 bathrooms, installation of new vinyl plank flooring, painting of the entire home, and kitchen restorations. From the beginning, Adrian was completely transparent with us on costs and ensured that the project stuck to our budget. And their sincerity to doing quality work really showed - they are proud of their craft and they did the best job possible. Above all, Adrian, Sam and their whole team were honest. friendly and courteous to us throughout the whole process, and it was such a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend RennovArea to anyone looking to do renovations or restorations in their home.

We would highly recommend Adrian and Sam, as well as any of the trades people that they use, for any renovation project. They completed our bathroom to our specifications, and it turned out beautifully. From the in floor heating, the newer style partial shower door over our bathtub, the expert tiling, the detail given to the niche set into the tile - it really is the nicest bathroom renovation, above and beyond our expectations.
