We love our hot tub from Spa Spot! We have had it for one year now, and are still just as happy as the first time we used it! We even caused our own issues with it and they came and fixed it honoring the warranty when it was all our fault. Due to that, I can attest that their warranty service is next to none, as they go above and beyond and don't charge for the service visit when on warranty as other spa places do. Always great service when we come in for more chlorine and such too!

We purchased a hot tub from Kyle and Candice more than 10 years ago and what we can provide to other potential buyers is that the Spa Spot's customer service is fantastic. We previously owned another supplier's tub and the tub and the service don't compare. We love this Maxx tub and whenever we have questions or concerns they're super punctual in responding. Huge shout out to the Operations Lead, Shae-Lee who was recently a tremendous help for us.
