  Our bathroom reno started this morning with demolition day. Jackson and Jashan did an excellent job. From protecting the floors and keeping the inevitable dust confined to the bathroom, to an amazing clean-up they were great. They were pleasant, polite and really worked hard. Thanks! Rob and Merri It’s almost 4 weeks later and our reno is almost complete. I just want to give a big shout-out to more members of the team who have contributed to this project. As with every reno, there is a lot of heavy duty trash produced. Mike has shown up and removed it all, leaving a clean work area for the next guy and leaving our home and garage tidy and as clean as possible. He is hard-working and very friendly and polite. Jackson quietly arrives and delivers the fixtures and material needed for the job. Everything has been delivered on-sight well before it is needed, ensuring the job progresses smoothly. He also pitches in with the trash removal. All the Thomson’s Edge people have been great! More to come when the reno is finished. Merri and Rob

  It has been a pleasure to work with Thomson’s Edge during the entire process of designing and renovating our new kitchen. From the early conceptual stage to the actual execution, Thomson’s Edge provided us with guidance and ensured our choices of materials and design were practical and the proper choice for our family. The attention to detail, from the invisible under-counter lighting and electrical outlets, to the extra storage under the bench and finally our beautiful coffee corner, was executed with our style and detail in mind. The entire team (designers and construction team) were kind, friendly, approachable and efficient. They respected the timeline's details. The use of Buildertrend helped us anticipate the next steps with a detailed schedule and open lines of communication through the email system. The team was very reachable and answered our many questions in a timely manner. The result was amazing! We are so happy with our new kitchen. We look forward to many family get-togethers and celebrations! Thank you, merci to the entire team.

  Thomson’s Edge Kitchen and Bath We are a housing co-op in Ottawa and contracted Thomson’s Edge to upgrade our 40 + year old kitchen cabinetry in 2021. We had originally contracted them to replace some bathrooms for the co-op and were very happy with the work and excellent customer service. We are working with this supportive team of owners and their talented installers, tilers, plumbers and others since this time and ongoing over the next number of years. This family business has also grown over the years that we have been working with them, with the addition of a job scheduler, site supervisor and building software to track job progress, answer questions and send invoices. There is always an opportunity for feedback. We originally received kitchen quotes from two other companies so we feel this company provides competitive pricing. We received a very detailed response from Sandra-Lynn, the owner and kitchen designer, to show our team choices of materials, explain the process and answer questions. She and her project manager, Tylor, met us at each unit to discuss aspects of the design, answer questions and take final measurements.
