Excellent service, quick turn around with installation. Very professional installation and includes lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Love my tub and able to shower in it as well

I am disabled and finally decided to purchase a walk in tub. After researching I decided to hire Walk in Tub Ottawa and it was the best decision I could have made. Richard, the owner, is knowledgeable, courteous and so helpful. He patiently answered all my questions to ensure the tub would meet all my requirements. His vast experience, professional conduct and integrity were apparent. His installation crew is unbelievable. They had the tub installed on day one and finished on day two and left the bathroom spotless. After the job was completed Richard was still available to answer questions and help. When I first spoke with him he said the job would only be complete when I was 100% happy and I am. I highly recommend Walk in Tub Ottawa and would give them 10 stars if I could!

Tubs designed for Mom and Dad's safety. Richard, the owner wont be satisfied until you are satisfied. i Bought a tub for my parents which are in Northern Ontario and Walk in Tubs Ottawa made sure we had everything needed for the install and operation of the Tub. They even sent a few extra parts in case things happen and break in transit so that Mon and Dad wouldn't go without. I call that Excellent customer service. for Richard, the owner of Walk in Tubs Ottawa, its not just about selling! he does follow ups to ensure the client is 100% satisfied! They offer installation and if you are installing on your own, they make sure to offer support as you are installing. I would recommend Walk in Tubs Ottawa to anyone looking to make Mon and Dad's aging at home possible. Marc
