Absolutely disappointing. Living in an apartment complex, I can only assume they were chosen to rework the elevators here because they were the lowest bid, and it shows. Anticipating a 6+ month project for them to rework the cars in ~8 elevators. These guys are slow, I don’t think half of them know what they’re doing. Service elevator rework took over 2 months and was usable for two weeks before its down for maintenance again. These guys pride themselves in the words cheap and incompetent.

Mick and Taylor were great providing a service we have been requesting once someone from the office gave me Mick’s contact. However, it was harder to coordinate this same service via the reception. We would be told that someone will reach out to coordinate/set up an appointment and then we’d never hear back.

someone had posted their elevator was down for a week last year. The building i am in right now the elevator keeps breaking down for the last 7 years plus and now its been out of service for over a week. I don't think this company knows what they are doing. It shouldn't take this long. I hope the building managment of this condo gets rid of them and hires a new and better company.
