This place is a joke, I live in this complex. Nothing is ever fixed right. It wasn't even fixed before moving in, the walls were cracked, the fridge and stove were broken and the front step is a danger hazard. The staff are nothing but rude when you call in or go into the office. The only good thing is the people that live here.

I would like to take the time to share my experience as a tenant at AMHC. I’ve been here 22 years. Monarch Mews has a terrible reputation. I remember five years in being told that it was considered a hood and a ghetto. I responded saying these people don’t know what a hood or ghetto looks like. I cannot complain about anything. I have a few amazing neighbors. I have other neighbors. I’m cordial to have conversations with to a certain point. I will always say hello and if a child or someone needs help, my door is freed to knock on. I feel safe in my house. I’m treated with respect by all the staff and I always have been. Anytime I needed maintenance done It gets done. I share a beautiful garden with a wonderful neighbour on one side, and my new neighbour on the left has the same name as me and she couldn’t be quieter. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative to live here.

Using a friend's account cause I currently do not have a phone. This, however, is joke or to be taken lightly. The budget they have to fix this place up is spent on the same thing every year,speed bumps and cams that link right to their homes not the office I dont know about anybody else but that creeps me out and just is wrong. They know when some one is parking in the wrong spot and private security is hired to give tickets to people that can not afford it,but not a thing is done when my house or garage is being broken into and my life is st risk. Not just one occasion but three if that doesn't say your priorities are messed and time to get things in order I don't know what will. Get a new job and time for someone who actually cares to take over and fast. I guarantee I'm not the one in this community that feels strongly on this topic. Plus many may more issues at hand something needs to be done
