Sadly my mom had to spend her last 82 days here. If your loved one likes healthy food, please bring some for him or her. They won't get it at Vancouver's BL. Along with the constant rushing of care aids and nurses, it was clear that residents are not put first here. A simple example (among many) was moving staff from one unit to another every two weeks, preventing any sense of stability and relationship building for the residents. It's better than nothing if you are desperate, but please spend as much time as you're able with your loved one.

One family member has been at Blenheim for some time. Now another family member is also at Blenheim and I am so grateful. The staff are caring and attentive! The Director of Care is incredibly kind and responsive.

Great retirement home!! Dad has been there for two years+ and he has been well taken care of. I live out of town and BL has set up weekly zoom meetings for our family. Always professional and personable. Thank you BL.
