Outstanding Care and Truly Wonderful Staff I am truly grateful for the care my mother has been receiving at Renfrew Care Centre since she moved in last October. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Her room is bright and comfortable, and the common areas create a warm environment for seniors to relax, socialize, and dine. What makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. My mother speaks only Cantonese, and I deeply appreciate the effort staff make to communicate with her—some have even learned simple Cantonese phrases, which speaks volumes about their dedication. The licensed practical nurses are professional and attentive, giving me great peace of mind knowing my mother is in safe and capable hands. I am also very impressed recently by the support services manager, who goes above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s needs with genuine care and responsiveness. Caring for someone with dementia and limited mobility is challenging, but Renfrew Care Centre has provided me with tremendous emotional reassurance. I am truly grateful for their compassion and care towards my mother.

To all the staff at 3rd floor who are so wonderful in the care of my brother, Ian. I cannot thank you enough. I know my sister-in-law visits daily and her children come in after. So he is well looked after by family too. I live on Vancouver Island in Victoria and I did visit and you were all so kind to me too. Thank you very much!
