My mom Jean and I would like to share our exceptional admission experience when she moved-in from another Assisted Living place at the end of July, 2026. The whole team was prepared and welcoming her, acted professionally -I met almost everyone and understood what to expect. The Centre treats residents with respect, dignity and care which meant a lot for me. Given many residents are Asian background, they provide Asian food and Chinese song performance, very happy to see. Overall we are so grateful and thank the entire team for all the great work that you do!!

We are truly grateful for the care our dear pastor Kayy has been receiving at Renfrew Care Centre since she moved in. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Thecommon areas create a warm environment for seniors to relax, socialize, and dine. She enjoys the meals and the staff have been so amazing with her
