Used their services for my child, and had 9 workers for 11 different shifts. I wasn't overly thrilled with their services but recently got alloted more funding and was hoping to use their service but learned I am unable to due to their ministry status.

Just over a year ago our family faced some difficult challenges. Our daughter became ill and her daughter was not able to cope with the drastic changes in our family dynamics. All of our roles had changed and we were in crisis. We were struggling to just keep it together. We were reffered to Bluewater for assistance. This is the day life came back together. The very professional and empathetic staff connected the dots and put everything in place for us. They gently guided us to the necessary resources and helped us create a plan of safety and service. With their knowledge and calmness our whole family started looking familiar again. There are no words to describe our appreciation and gratefulness for each person involved. We still have respite workers in our life and are so very thankful.

Bluewater has been supporting a member of my family since 2018(!!) I have found their senior leadership to be very responsive And the team to be responsive and resourceful with regard to strategies and interventions. Bluewater is also a significant resource for advocacy; their team know the sector well, and have been able to deeply support the transition from children’s to the adult system. I truly express my deep gratitude for the work that Melanie and the team at Bluewater do!
