After 16 years on the public system's waiting list for a family doctor, I finally turned to Primacare. I decided to take control of my health, even if it meant paying a few hundred dollars out of pocket. And honestly, I absolutely don't regret my decision. In just two weeks, I was able to have a phone consultation with a doctor. Two days later, I had my tests done, and I received my results in less than 48 hours. After waiting 16 years for access to a family doctor, this speed truly impressed me. If I had to take away one thing from my experience with this clinic, it's that they genuinely care about your health.

Possibly the worst clinic to get medical tests done in the whole province. I went there to get some blood work and a few other tests done, the estimate they gave me was ridiculous (something $300). I told them that I would think about it and that I'd come back another day during the week, but the receptionist insisted I hand her my papers, so I reluctantly did, which was my mistake. I'd also like to mention that the receptionist had such a condescending tone whenever I asked a few questions about the price, process and delays. When I went back to retrieve my papers, the clinic doors were locked. When I called the number on the door, I was met with a "this number is not available" message. Same thing happened when I tried getting my papers back after a few more times. It's funny though, the lights were always on and it looked like someone was in the back. Nevertheless, I never got my papers back. I have no idea if I ever will. I'm sticking to public clinics. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would in less than a heartbeat.

Exceptional service; the team is professional, attentive, and very caring—you feel right at home. The treatments are quick, efficient, and clearly explained. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and reassuring. I had an ECG and Venofer infusions done there. A huge thank you to the entire team.
