Good evening. I'm taking a moment to mention that I've been a client of CPA Therapy Outaouais for almost 10 years now, and I'm a very satisfied customer. I wanted to mention this because I think it's important to say. I've had the pleasure of being treated by Roch Lalonde from the very beginning, and I recently had the chance to meet his son, Éric, who is just as kind and dedicated to his clients. I've always been impressed by the customer service, which is, in my opinion, impeccable. It's a service I would describe as personal, because you feel that you and your needs are well taken care of. They try to help you find the best solution and the best product for you. You feel confident. I cannot say enough amazing things about Clinique TCO and the outstanding care they provide. From day one, their customer service has been absolutely top tier! Truly unmatched compared to other clinics in the area and fellow colleagues/friends who had different experiences elsewhere due to fine print and hidden costs/ not good service, etc. It is very apparent that Clinique TCO goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and completely satisfied. I want to highlight that nothing has changed for over a year, since February 2025 to now, STILL outstanding and unmatched. What truly sets them apart is their genuine commitment to their patients. They actively listen to your concerns, take the time to understand your needs and expectations, and provide transparent guidance every step of the way to equip you in the best way possible, since it can be overwhelming. You never feel rushed, dismissed or pressured, instead, you feel valued and cared for. It is a very clean establishment and vibrant. The atmosphere is very zen and cared for. I also had the opportunity to meet the pulmonologist, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain my report, walk me through how I was progressing, and answer all of my questions in a way that was clear and reassuring. I never once felt rushed during my appointment. She made sure I fully understood everything and felt confident about my treatment plan and how I am doing, etc. The staff are incredibly accommodating and truly care about their patients and they engage with you. Whenever I needed support, they were quick with follow-ups and made sure I was taken care of, especially during the times I needed it most. Their product availability is exceptional, being well-stocked with plenty of options and their pricing is fair and transparent, which makes the entire experience even more reassuring. Knowing that if I need equipment, I can go there without hesitation knowing it will be in stock. Ordering CPAP products online can be cheaper, but with a Clinic, if anything goes wrong, there is usually warranty. This is what some people do not know or understand. I personally had a hard time adjusting to several masks at the beginning, but their patience and dedication made all the difference. They worked closely with me for almost 7 months to ensure I found the best mask for me and felt comfortable every step of the way. They genuinely want to support you throughout your health journey. If I bought the masks online and used the masks, I would not have been able to return them since that is mostly an online retailers policy. I would have been $$$ deep in unused and ineffective masks for me. Now, a year later, I can confidently say I notice a huge difference in my overall well-being and health. I did not want to give up and glad I didn't! I’m getting the best sleep I’ve ever had — and it’s all thanks to them. A big thank you to Eric Lalonde for his exceptional support and care — it truly means so much & to his team! I am beyond grateful for the team at Clinique TCO and will absolutely continue referring others to this clinic. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care, patience, and support they’ve given me.
