  Hello fellow Military and RCMP veterans. I walked into Echelon Bedford to pick up a brochure. I was recommended by a military relative who spoke highly of his treatment regiment and I am a retired RCMP member. The greeting I received was so outstanding that I was signed up and receiving treatment within a few short days. I am now engaged in 4 areas of treatment, all greatly assisting in reducing my pain. The front office staff have a pleasant and professional relationship with their clients and the entire company and staff are truly there for the veteran. Warm and relaxing atmosphere with a coffee lounge showing they go the extra mile to ensure treatment can be a pleasing experience. Well done and I will be sharing my thoughts with many a Veteran I meet.

  sad for the veterans like my stepdad who put their trust in this place. he has severe PTSD and started treatment there that was actually working. it was cancelled after they fired the doctor doing it and then let him think she abandoned him and his treatment voluntarily. this experience has left a really bad impression with our family. they offered him to continue his treatment with a counsellor but he declined because his friend with ptsd saw her, and she admitted she had never successfully treated ptsd before!!!! she got her degree online and had a few months of experience with general counselling, not military. his friend went elsewhere to get actual EXPERTISE because of this and the clinic he went to has vets with similar stories about this place. nice facade but if integrity an honor mean anything to you like they do my stepdad, go elsewhere. also he said the physiotherapist there was super inexperienced, new to the field, and could not speak to how his untreated PTSD might impact physio outcomes. I thought vets deserved the best?? lol the business model here is so transparent. this should be illegal to do to our country’s service members.

  My service providers for different medical conditions were all over the map. I find it amazing that I can get all of my services under one roof. The staff is very kind and supportive. The service providers are very thorough and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I highly recommend Echelon Wellness to all of my military brothers and sisters. I am going through some major health issues and the clinic is very understanding and helpful. They even submitted a claim for another injury on my behalf. I am very grateful that my doctor recommended Echelon!!
