A very clean and well-run building. We had a walk around with Jeremy yesterday, He was very professional, informative with a sense of humour to go with it. A very decent administrator, the building is lucky to have him. Apartment was renovated as all the units are, clean and bright, very livable for a single person. Thanks Jeremy
