We had a lovely visit at the Victorian as my mother is looking for her next move in life. Bruno was a wonderful, caring host and answered all our questions. He made my mom feel very special and welcomed. The entire experience and conversations we had with Bruno calmed a lot of my mother’s anxiety about this transition. From the moment we walked through the doors until we left we felt at home.

We would like to thank the management staff. Becky, Gheena, Yuri et. Al. For their helpfulness and efficientcy not to mention their pleasant attitudes toward us. They always decorate everything beautifully for special occasions. Thank you for the many fun activities they organize for entertainment. Thank you to the kitchen staff. Reda - Head Chef , Devon - Sous Chef. Et. Al. for the great food they prepare.. Also thanks to all the Servers in the Dining room. They are always pleasant and kind to everyone. Housekeeping staff does a super job of cleaning our apartment , with a special mention to Semhar. We are happy to be here. Dale and Audrey

My partner and I put our name into a draw and won a lunch here. We were greeted by Bruno, who was very kind and welcoming. He sat us at our table and gave us a little tour of the area. The food was amazing as well as the service. Though we are not seniors yet, we thought that the Victorian at McKenzie would be a lovely place to live in the future! Special thank you to one of the ambassadors, Marilyn, who came to chat and welcomed us to the residence after our meal.
