Extendicarw not able to bring in new patients to long term care due to the treatment seniors get is horrible. Not hard to see extendicare is parent company of paramed. Where psw while on my apartment got up and screamed at me went into the other room screaming at me. Them later the psw went through my prn pill bottles not allowed to touch amd then told supervisor I had reported took all but one. Supervisor never called or checked on me if I did that I would be unconscious kn the floor never happened but yep reported to my lhin which had no choice yo tell my np. Np only one calling and asking as that wasn't me I never did that I told her it's because I didn't when was told was from psw and what med I knew who it was. Was asked if was going to call paramed as I deserved answered and I did. I tried many times with supervisor and manager not one call returned. Seems like with both extendicare owns both explains the reason the homecare I got was horrible as well as they just let it go nothing done..all verified but psw got away with the way she treated me
