  I would like to sincerely and wholeheartedly thank the management staff at Holland Christian Homes (Faith Manor), especially Resident Advocate Barbara Lega-Plaza, Director of Administration Sellinor Ogwu, her dedicated team, and all of the nurses, PSWs, care partners, and staff on the 5th floor Sunshine Floor for the extraordinary care, compassion, professionalism, and kindness they show every single day. Our family recently shared a concern regarding my mother’s care, and we were deeply moved by the response we received. From the very beginning, leadership responded with urgency, empathy, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Every conversation was handled thoughtfully and respectfully, and it became immediately clear that the wellbeing of residents and their families truly matters to everyone at Faith Manor. During moments that can feel emotional and overwhelming for families, the staff showed not only professionalism, but also humanity, patience, and understanding. The way everyone came together to listen, support, and address our concerns meant more to us than words can fully express. My mother truly loves Faith Manor. It has become more than just a residence, it is her home. Knowing she feels safe, respected, cared for, and genuinely happy gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We already appreciated this home greatly, but after witnessing the care and dedication shown by the entire team, our gratitude and respect have grown even deeper. A very special thank you goes to the incredible staff on the 5th floor Sunshine Floor. The nurses, PSWs, care partners, and support staff are truly remarkable people. Their warmth, attentiveness, patience, and compassion are evident in everything they do. They care for residents with dignity, kindness, and genuine heart, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you all for going above and beyond every day and for treating residents like family. The compassion, dedication, and support you provide make an immeasurable difference not only in the lives of the residents, but also in the hearts of their families. Please share our deepest gratitude with everyone involved. What you do matters more than you may ever realize, and our family will never forget the kindness and care shown to my mother.

  I cannot say enough. Faith Manor has been a breath of fresh air, from the moment we stepped through the doors. Their staff are hard working and truly caring. They go above and beyond, in every respect. I was a bit nervous about placing my mother in a LTC home, but our experience at Faith Manor has been nothing but positive and the level of care exceptional. I only wish we had found this place a couple years prior.
