  Recently referred to Home LifeCare Services for a CPAP renewal. Had my first appointment with Ruth and it was a great experience. From the initial setup I spoke with Cameron who was able to get me in very quickly for a first appointment and make sure everything was setup prior to the appointment. Met with Ruth and she took the time to explain everything in detail and get me swapped out to a new mask. The entire process was very seamless and Ruth made sure everything was taken care of. Overall a very good experience here!

  Raquel was amazing! She helped me try a few masks to make sure it was the right fit for me. She was able to educate me on how to use the machine and how it would help my health in the long run. I rented a unit from her for the first month. I really loved this option because it made me feel a lot more comfortable buying a CPAP machine for myself. There was no high pressure sales tactics used to "make' me buy a unit. It felt like she held my hand throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Raquel. She made this transition in my life, feel like a breeze! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

  I was referred to Home Life Care by Dr. Sirar Ibrahim and was provided a list of CPAP companies to contact for a quote to submit to my insurance. I called and spoke with a gentleman who instructed me to email my prescription so they could prepare the document. I sent it immediately. A full week passed with no email, no call, nothing. I followed up on Saturday and only reached their after-hours team, who said they would forward the message to the office. Monday came and went with no response. I called again and once more reached the after-hours system. That representative also left a message on my behalf. When they finally called me back, instead of addressing the delay, the gentleman I spoke with became defensive and claimed they had already left me a voicemail. I do not have voicemail on my phone, so that was untrue. When I pointed that out, he became agitated, dismissive, and told me I could “go seek another company” if I wanted. It was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I then asked to speak with a manager. Ashley returned my call, apologized, and explained the situation more clearly. She was respectful and even reviewed the prescription, letting me know it was actually a referral for a rental trial—not the full prescription needed for a quote. I asked her to email me the information so I could submit it to my insurance, but I still received nothing. At this point I had to contact Dr. Ibrahim’s office again myself to sort out the confusion, get the rental details, and request the proper prescription. I ultimately chose to go with another CPAP company because of the lack of communication, the misinformation, and especially the rude and unprofessional behavior from the first gentleman I spoke with. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
