I've got a call from one of their locations indicating that this was geared towards seniors when the website clearly stated it was for 16 and up.. I found it very misleading and disheartening..I have even already left an email to another organization prior called Pflag and requested peer support also.. but they have never even replied to my email..

I don't want to get into my personal reasons for needing CCD, but let me say they're a fantastic organization that deserves every funding dollar they get. Consider volunteering with them!!

Moved from whitby location to pickering. Much better service and treated with respect. Will not go to whitby location again.
