I want to share my experience so other families can make an informed decision. My experience with this agency was unfortunately very disappointing. While I was a student and making payments to pay off my balance, I was sent to collections for a debt of less than $800. I acknowledge that I owed money, but I was making payments within my means. I would have hoped that a more humane approach or communication would have been prioritized before things escalated to this point. I was also told that management would contact my social worker to explore financial solutions that could have helped me resolve the situation. To my knowledge, this step was never taken, despite the commitments I was given. I understand that a company must collect the amounts owed to it. However, when an organization claims to place people at the heart of its values, I expect this to be reflected in its actions, particularly towards parents or students experiencing financial hardship while raising a child alone. My intention is not to question the professionalism of the educators, but rather to share my experience with the administrative management and lack of support I encountered. I sincerely hope that the agency will take this type of situation into consideration in order to offer more attentive listening, communication, and flexibility to families who wish to fulfill their obligations in good faith.

As the parent of a severely disabled child, I needed help. I found… problems! Always late… except for the bills (they're never late). Staff with psychological deficiencies; for example, I received a text message in the morning from the attendant saying, "I'm in a trance because of my period, I won't be able to come in this morning." It was two weeks of hell with an agency that shouldn't even be operating.
