Karine, who greeted us, is a gem. She listens attentively and fully understands her clients, grasping our needs in under 15 minutes. She was the only person we visited who took care of us immediately upon arrival and explained everything about how the retirement residence works so clearly. Thank you, Karine! 🙏🏻 The place is truly spotless, and the services are excellent and meet the residents' needs. We loved it.
