My family was here through the years of operation. Nothing has been the same since the old CEO retired. I agree with all the comments about the new CEO but thankfully he has been gone for two yrs. We thought he was bad enough with no experience, he was literally the kitchen manager and stepped into the CEO position. So not only was he rude & a bully he had no people skills what so ever. We thought it couldn’t get any worse but then the new itermin CEO stepped in and she continues to bully the residents. I live here and waited 13yrs to get in & I was heartbroken over the condition of the premises & the ignorance of most management. I would not recommend anyone to move into this facility period.

Hello. My sister lived at Ina Grafton for 11 years. I visited her there often and she always had nice things to say about the staff and the facilities. She really enjoyed all the activities that were offered. I would recommend this place for seniors.

I would never recommend anyone put any loved one in the LTC OR Assisted Living building there. The mentality is the residents live in their work space, instead of they work in the residents home. The CEO is a bully and very rude, not sure how he is still there. Ina Grafton used to be the place to go, but now it is NOT. New management all the time, can't keep track of who is who. A lot of the PSW just seem to not care about the residents. Very sad state of fairs now
