My husband Bob and I recently participated in the seasonal decoration event followed by a wonderful lunch. I can't say enough about the two hostesses, Lauren and Krista, who made us feel welcome and described the residence answering our questions and explaining everything available. These employees were outstanding and shine brightly as they represent your property.

We are OPT, and time really matters for us. One delay will cost us every call delayed, too. On March 20, 2025, at 02:22, we had a vulnerable patient to drop off at your facility, The Royal Henley Retirement Community. We called on the way to minimize the waiting time, but there was no answer. Upon arrival, we pressed the door bell in the front, and also we saw the sign after hour. Please press the button with the arrow pointing on it. We can hear the phone ringing inside, but there is no one answering. We pressed it maybe many, many times . We also knocked on the door, and we made sure it could be heard. Unfortunately, nobody heard us.. We walked around outside to see by the window if someone was cleaning or walking, and we did not see anyone. We had been calling the phone number . We can just hear it ringing. Even the hospital tried a few times, but the same thing was no answer We have a vulnerable patient waiting outside. With this delay, it caused undue distress and discomfort to our patient and slow down our operation. With this experience, it's very alarming what level of care and attention provided to the resident, particularly at nighttime. Employee response to us was "we did not see you in the Camera, we are doing our rounds and our phone did not ring"

I had a very frustrating experience at Royal Henley Retirement Community. I arrived with a patient around 2:25 AM on Thursday, March 20, and we had to wait for over an hour for someone to open door for us to get in. The patient was extremely upset. When we finally got inside, a staff member claimed she didn’t receive the call—even though I could hear the phone ringing while standing outside. Both the hospital and OPT tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. This kind of delay during emergencies or patient transfers is unacceptable. I urge management to take action to ensure staff are more responsive and prevent similar situations in the future.
