Came in today to get my blood work results (the blood work itself was done at this clinic). After waiting 4 hours, and multiple patients seen before me, I asked one of the receptionists when it might be my turn. In the middle of our conversation, another receptionist RUDELY interrupted, raised her voice (drawing attention to a private medical matter), and began yelling at me to wait. This receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional - i highly advise for her to take some anger management classes because her response was utterly disproportionate to the circumstances. I was having a perfectly normal conversation with her colleague (who even acknowledged & thanked me for being understanding and patient), when the abusive woman started yelling at me. She had long braids, was of African descent, and has absolutely zero professional skills. I had to ask her to stop raising her voice 3 times before she lowered it - absolutely embarrassing behavior.

Went there yhis sat after reading the reviews we were sceptical about the experience however we did not anything wrong that reviews says the lady in the front desk wes super nice n very helpful she helped me a lot knowing about how the health care system works in tbay since I am new here! The nurse was excellent too!! Every one was super friendly and welcoming!!

My doctor is great, but try to get an appointment absolutely impossible. Tried online 3 mths all taken. Called was on hold 20 mins twice, gave up.
