I had an online tax appointment scheduled with this clinic after waiting almost two weeks. I joined the Microsoft Teams meeting about 3 minutes before the scheduled time and waited for quite a while, but no one ever admitted me into the meeting. I also sent an email during the wait and received no response. Unfortunately, this appointment was important for me and I really needed help with my taxes. Because no one showed up or replied, I lost valuable time and now I need to find another place to help me. Very disappointing experience.
