My father who is now 96 years old moved into Chartwell Imperial Place 10 years ago. He decided on his own to move into the residence after my mother passed away after researching options on his own. The staff there are very friendly, approachable, reliable and helpful. This was especially true during the Covid shutdown where everyone was isolated and family members were not permitted to visit. The health care staff are very cautious and proactive in quarantining anyone who showed symptoms. My father has been sick on many occasions and the staff quickly acted in getting him to the hospital by ambulance. The amenities, extracurricular activities and services are excellent and there is a sense of community in the residence. As he has aged, his requirements have increased and they have been able to provide the extra assistance he requires. I have no problem recommending this residence as his experience overall has been excellent.

My Mum lived at Imperial Place many years ago and it was wonderful. I recently referred someone to this assisted living as I was and still am very impressed with the caring and kind people that work there. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. Thank you to all staff at Imperial for giving seniors a place to live and thrive.

Amazing care and attention for residents! I have been extremely impressed by how they celebrate and decorate for special occasions. My Nana’s 100th birthday celebration there blew me away (casino-themed with an Elvis impersonator who was awesome). Thank you Chartwell for making my Nana so happy 😊
