Amazing staff, always make time to explain and help! Lissa (OT), Jenn (nurse) Joey (pharmacist), Dr Lee and of course Brenda (Reception) your help, knowledge and support are absolutely priceless. You have no idea when someone is "at the end of their rope" what your kindness and compassion means. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts for your dedication!

We are so grateful for the support of Plum Tree Memory Care. We reached out for help and review during a sudden decline in my father’s dementia. The team was compassionate, caring and provided amazing recommendations, made us feel heard, and gave us tools to help navigate this challenging journey. Dr. Lee and Joey were knowledgeable, and we now feel more confident in the care provided, and where to ask for help within the healthcare system to get my father the care he needs. This team fit us in so quickly, at such a sad and challenging time, that was so meaningful to help us move forward. Thank you. We highly recommend them!
