Warm Embrace Elder Care has been phenomenal in managing the care within our family. They have been flexible as we transition from self support to support through Ontario Health over an extended period. The staff that worked with my parents were friendly, informative and extremely caring.

Warm Embrace on short notice, engaged seven caregivers over a three day period for my spouse while I was away from home. These caregivers, with their individual personalities, and experiences caringly engaged with my spouse and satisfied her anxiety and her personal requirements at home. This was a wonderful comforting experience for our family. Thank you.

Our family recently experienced a sudden, unexpected change in the health of one of our elderly parents. There are no other family members living close by. Warm Embrace was able to quickly set up and provide exceptional in-house care. Everything is professionally managed with clear expectations and no surprises whatsoever. Warm Embrace was also able to somehow manage to provide additional caregiver hours that we literally requested at the last minute due to new developments. Each of the caregivers that our parents have met are unique and have their own personalities. But, all of them have provided what can only be described as compassionate and warm care to our parents.
