By looking at the photos, I am impressed. I drove by and was feeling warmth coming from within. For me, that says a lot.

Keeping safe with covid. Secure. Small condo for elderley that is functional and nicely kept. Some stall parking. Money spent doesnt always benefit the clients. Kitchen renovated in main lounge and yet it didnt need it and is seldom used. Would be better to provide better showers, water flow is poor due to cheap showrr heads. We had to buy our own. Person has been there over 12 years and place has never been painted. Starting to look pretty drab and not clean. Hard for an elderley person to wash walls and housekeeper to do it. Washer dryer use is disgraceful for the elderley. Expensive. I am sure the pair is paid for within a few months due to cost. And coins are needed. Bad with covid and finding coins is not easy for the elderley. Make it free.
