It's an older building, but generally a nice facility with good people. Management really REALLY cares about the tenants and the people living there make a nice community. My momma lived there for 7 years - she's been in a care facility for a year or so now and she still gets visits from people she knew at Thaler Manor. We had the occasional spider, but didn't see any bedbugs.
