I've called them five times now. No one answers, it's always voicemail. I left a message twice, and 48 hours later, still no call back! I don't know how they make any money!

A major red flag that saved me a $400 mistake. I booked an appointment with this clinic without ever being informed of a cancellation fee. I received NO email outlining their policies or procedures before the appointment. The next day, I received an unexpected $50 bill for a missed appointment. When I asked for an explanation, I was simply told that it was "kind" to call to cancel. There was no empathy, no curiosity about why I couldn't show up—just an immediate focus on billing. For a hormone clinic that supports women through difficult and vulnerable health challenges, I expected professionalism, clarity, and a modicum of compassion—which I absolutely did not find. After discussions about the bill and the lack of communication regarding policies, the woman had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule! I'd rather continue suffering than deal with a clinic that's only interested in money! I'm relieved to have discovered all this before paying over $200 per appointment. I recommend that anyone considering this clinic ask very specific questions about fees and policies before booking.
