The worst management I've ever seen! The owner doesn't return calls or answer emails. It's impossible to get any answers. I strongly advise against staying here.

The employees are doing everything they can! The big problem... It's impossible to reach them in an emergency.

The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful to the students at the CEGEP located near their school. It makes us not at all inclined to entrust our seniors to their care.
